We publish criticism of real products and real companies, so we hold ourselves to a clear standard when we are wrong.
How to request a correction
Send the specific claim you dispute, the page it appears on, and the evidence that it is wrong to our contact page. Requests from companies should come from a verifiable company address.
What happens next
- We acknowledge every request within five business days.
- If a fact is wrong, we correct it in the article and add a dated correction note at the bottom of the page.
- If a product or policy has changed since we checked it, we update the article, note the change and the date, and keep the original finding visible so readers can see the history.
- If we stand by the finding, we say so and explain why. A company’s disagreement with a documented finding is not a reason to remove it.
Right of reply
Any company named on the Watchlist may submit a written response. We publish it in full alongside the entry, unedited except for length and legality.
What we will not do
We do not remove documented findings in exchange for advertising, affiliate deals, or threats. We keep archived copies of the seller pages we cite, with dates, so a page that is quietly changed after publication does not erase what it said.
